What is Attendance OS?

Attendance OS is a web-based attendance and chapter-operations platform built by Teemers for participating BNI chapters and similar structured business-networking groups.

Does it support QR attendance and location verification?

Yes. Administrators register a meeting and venue, and members use the meeting QR to mark attendance under the configured time and location rules.

Can chapters track leave, substitutes and 1-2-1 activity?

Yes. Member self-service includes leave and substitute requests, while 1-2-1 suggestions and completion tracking support chapter participation.

Are anonymous poll responses linked to member names?

The poll response record does not store the member’s name, email, user ID, IP address or browser details. A one-way fingerprint is used only to prevent duplicate voting.

Is this an official BNI product?

No. Attendance OS is an independent Teemers product and is not presented as being sponsored, endorsed, certified or officially approved by BNI Global or a BNI regional organisation.
