Independent Product and Trademark Notice
Effective for Attendance OS websites, onboarding pages and participating chapter portals operated by Teemers.
Independent ownership
Attendance OS is independently designed, developed, operated and supported by Teemers. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Attendance OS is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, certified, licensed or officially approved by BNI Global, LLC, BNI India, any BNI regional organisation, franchise, director team or chapter.
Use of BNI references
References to “BNI”, chapter names, chapter roles, meetings and related terminology are used only to identify the intended operational context and users of the software. Such descriptive references do not create or imply a partnership, agency, franchise, endorsement, affiliation or official product status.
Trademarks and brand assets
BNI, BNI Connect, Givers Gain and associated names, logos, slogans and marks are the property of their respective owners. Teemers does not claim ownership of those marks. Any chapter logo or brand asset supplied by a participating chapter remains subject to the permissions, brand standards and instructions applicable to that chapter.
No replacement of official systems or policies
Attendance OS is an operational support platform. It does not replace BNI Connect, official BNI policies, membership records, regional instructions, leadership decisions or any system designated as authoritative by BNI. Where information in Attendance OS differs from an official BNI record or instruction, the official record or instruction prevails.
Chapter responsibility
Each participating chapter or authorised administrator is responsible for obtaining any approvals required for local use, supplying only content and brand assets they are authorised to use, configuring chapter rules correctly and ensuring that use of Attendance OS complies with applicable BNI policies, privacy requirements and local law.
Change or removal requests
Teemers respects valid intellectual-property and brand concerns. A rights holder or authorised representative may request review, correction or removal of a disputed name, logo, statement or public page by writing to chandan@teemers.in. Teemers may suspend or modify public presentation while a genuine concern is reviewed.
No legal guarantee
This notice is intended to improve transparency and reduce confusion. It does not constitute a legal opinion, trademark licence or guarantee against a claim. Formal brand approval or written permission from the relevant rights holder remains the strongest protection where required.
